The Concord Baptist Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Founded in 1975, the Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a modern, fully equipped, skilled nursing facility offering a full range of medical, social, and rehabilitation services.  The facility features 167 beds, an Adult Day Care Program, and a dementia unit. The residents live in attractively furnished private and semi-private rooms.

Medical and Nursing Care 

The Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides a full range of medical and nursing services including nurse practitioner, dentistry, ophthalmology, and podiatry on an ongoing basis.  A staff of registered, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants provides care around the clock. 

Ventilator Unit 

The newly opened Ventilator Unit at The Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a specialized unit monitored 24-hours by a pulmonologist and respiratory therapist.  

Rehabilitation Services 

Our goal is to help every resident regain his or her maximum level of independence. To that end, we offer physical therapy to improve your physical strength and function, occupational therapy to help you become more independent in your daily living, to improve your ability to speak or to teach you to communicate in other ways.  There is also an audiologist who will evaluate your hearing and fit you with a hearing aid if you need one.
